BabyView AI User Guide

BabyView AI is a new feature available within the admin portal. For more information on this feature and to get it enabled under your account please contact your account manager or email us at us_help@momitalk.com

Important: Momitalk application users must be on version 2.63.1 or higher in order to see their AI generated image (they will get a alert saying their image is ready but won't be able to see it if their application isn't up to date). We recommend informing your customers to update to the latest application in order to view.

Device and Browser vs Web App

BabyView AI is web-based and accessible on any internet-connected device but optimized for tablets and PCs.
An option to download the BabyView AI web app is available on the intro screen for improved user convenience.
While recommended for optimal experience, using the web app is not mandatory.

BabyView AI Flow: Generating Images After an Ultrasound Session

Important Please Read: Once "Next (Generate Image)" is selected a charge will apply, however you can go back and re-generate a image (in the same session) if you prefer to use a different image and you won't be charged again while within the same session.

Any image re-generated in the same session will replace the previous photo with the newly generated one.

Note: If you selected more then 1 photo for twins/multiples, a charge will be made for each photo while in the same session.

Navigate to admin.momitalk.com > Ultrasound Sessions.
Search sessions by barcode or date.
Select "BabyView AI" next to the desired session (button visible only if session contains at least one image capture).

Important: We recommend the the baby be at 20 weeks or later in order for their ultrasound photo to achieve the best results. If the image isn't a clear angle of the babies face then the photo generation will fail displaying a message that the "face" cannot be seen clearly.

Landing Page

First-time users will select an ultrasound room if multiple rooms exist.

Baby Count & Race/Ethnicity Selection

Number of Babies: Defaults to 1 but adjustable for twins or multiples.
Race/Ethnicity: Users can select baby's race/ethnicity.

Capture List

Next, select an image that you would like to use for the AI generated image (Make sure to select a photo that has the babies face facing as forward as possible for the best result)
Click "Next" (Generate Image) proceed to generate the BabyView AI image.

Clicking "Enhance" generates an enhanced AI image (You do not need to enhance an image to generate a AI photo and should only be used if your image is extremely blurry or obscured)

BabyView AI Result

Final AI-generated image is displayed.
Printing and text editing options available (e.g., personalize with “My Baby!”).
Final image automatically uploads to the Momitalk app if the barcode is registered; otherwise, it appears once the barcode is registered.

Re-Generating Images

Re-generation of images is supported if needed.

Twins/Multiples

In the ‘Baby Count & Race/Ethnicity Selection’ page, the user can select 1-5 babies
For multiples, on the final page, the button at the bottom says End Session or Next Baby. If the user clicks next baby, the user will be re-directed to the capture list with all of the previously captured images remaining, and can select another image to generate a BabyView AI image
For multiples, images for each of the babies will all be shown in the app

Manage/View BabyView AI Generated Photos

Navigate to admin portal (admin.momitalk.com)
Click on "AI Image List"
You can view all AI generated photos in this list or search by a specific date/barcode
Click the "Eye" icon under "Manage" to change the visibility of the photo for the customers view (public/private)
