Speaker is not working (no audio prompts)

Solutions

Check the volume toggle on your Speaker:
- Turn the toggle to max by using the visual by the volume rocker to indicate which direction too turn it in order for it to be louder (if a visual is not present you'll want to try adjusting it in either direction while scanning a barcode to see if you hear the audio prompt get louder or lower)
Check Speaker Audio Cable:
- Ensure the 3.5mm cable is securely connected to the front green port on the front of the Momitalk.
- Depending on your unit the port may not be green and instead is a audio jack port located on the front of your Momitalk (it would be the only audio jack port in the front)
Check the usb cable on the speaker (this provides it power)
- Check the usb cable connected to the speaker and see if its plugged into a usb port on the Momitalk.
- If its not plugged into anything, please plug it into any available usb port on the back/front of the Momitalk (Mini PC).
Check the speaker/speaker audio cable for damage:

- If the steps above do not resolve the issue please inspect your speaker and audio cable for any damage.
- Regardless on if their is damage or not please take photos of your speaker setup and send them to us_help@momitalk.com and support will provide next steps.
