How to update your WiFi settings

If your internet SN and PW changes then here is where you can find instructions on how to update your Momitalk so that it stays online!

 

Important - If your internet SN and/or Password changes and you don't update your Momitalk then all ultrasound sessions recorded on the Momitalk will fail to upload. Its important to keep this up to date if this changes at your studio location.

 

Good News - Momitalk works offline so if your internet is not up to date but you record a session on it, Momitalk will store the ultrasound session until the next time its connected to the internet, so if you delay you can rest assure if recorded correctly the session will still be able to be recovered!

Step 1: Submit the Wi-Fi Update Request

To begin, please visit the following link and complete the form with the required information:

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email containing step-by-step instructions to update your Wi-Fi settings on your Momitalk device.

Step 2: Enter Information Carefully

When entering your Screenname (SN) and Password (PW), ensure that you input them exactly as they appear—respecting capitalization, special characters, and spacing.

Step 3: Follow Instructions Precisely

Once you receive the instructions it is essential to follow each step in the provided instructions exactly as outlined to ensure a successful update.

You will only need your Momitalk Barcode Scanner in order to input each step which just requires scanning each QR code in order.

Step 4: Confirm with Momitalk Support

After completing the update process, please send us an email (us_help@momitalk.com) to confirm.

We will verify that your device is connected and visible online.
